Hey Everyone!
There’s nothing I love more than feeling feminine! I always try to put a lot of thought into the things that I wear to ensure there are delicate touches in every look. Sometimes it’s the smallest pieces that make the biggest, most feminine statement. We all know how much I love jewelry, and in the past, you’ve seen me wear quite a few BIG statement pieces. Well today, I’d like to introduce you all to LilahV, a jewelry designer who makes gorgeous dainty statement jewelry! LilahV owner Amanda fell into jewelry design completely by accident after inheriting her grandmother’s broken jewelry. She couldn’t bare to throw any of it away so she began to learn the art of fine jewelry making in an effort to save the pieces. What she wound up doing, was creating a brand of dainty statement jewelry that looks amazing AND benefits charity! I have nothing but respect for brands that give back. Not only that, each piece you purchase comes with an inspiring affirmation like “You Are Lucky” or “You are Graceful”. When you purchase one of LilahV’s Wish necklaces, 20% of the proceeds go to the Humane Society. Purchasing a piece from the YOU ARE RETRO Collection will give 20% of the proceeds to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. That is so awesome!
To emphasize the beauty of my dainty statement necklace from LilahV, I went especially “Girly” with my look today. What could be more feminine than a tulle skirt?! I got the skirt I’m wearing from Anthropologie last year and hadn’t had a chance to wear it until today. I couldn’t have picked a better time either. My skirt goes perfectly with LilahV’s Purple Necklace. Since my outfit today is vintage looking, I thought it would be a great fit with the vintage bead on my necklace!
Here’s my look:
