Hey Afaconados!
I wanted to take some time today to tell all of my ATLiens about an upcoming fashion show for a very good cause. It’s an event called Fashion Against Poverty taking place on November 16, 2012, presented by iDream INC.
Founded in 2010, iDream INC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides relief assistance for underprivileged youth and their families, in low-income and impoverished communities both in the U.S and around the world. This organization is dedicated to providing its children with access to Education, Healthcare & Nutrition, Food, Clothing, Housing and Economic Security.
The fashion show will take place at the Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corp Community Center (click here for directions) and will feature local designers on the rise. Fashion designers included will be: Doco Balmori, Fashionista Dollhouse, Michael Emmanuel Couture and Sonia Noel.
General Admission is $15. If you’re unable to make it to the show, please visit http://www.idreamyouth.org to inquire about donating to this wonderful cause.
Until next time!
