Have you ever heard about how colors can influence your workout? Believe it or not, there is science and research that shows our actions are influenced by the colors we wear. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true! I recently read this article and didn’t believe it myself. In the past few months, my workouts have become all about what I wear. You may remember me mentioning in a previous post that what I wear helps to motivate me. That’s why I’m so excited to have partnered with Marika recently. In the coming weeks, I’ll be featuring a few more athleisure outfits. I promise you’re going to love all of them. Marika has some of the trendiest, comfortable, and most affordable athleisure ever!
Today, I’m wearing the Brooke High Rise Capri with the Geraldine Sport Bra. What I like the most about the capris is that they provide great tummy control. Not only does the tummy control help with my workout, but it also makes me feel less insecure. There’s nothing worse than going to the gym feeling uncomfortable in your workout clothing. Unfortunately, the tank I’m wearing is no longer available on Marika’s website. It’s a shame too because it’s such a pretty shade of red. Wanna know what wearing red clothing to the gym says about you? It says that you are motivated and ready to break a sweat with a fierce workout!
