Although I’m an island girl who LOVES the warmth of Summer, even I can admit that Fall and Winter are the most fashionable seasons of the year. It’s a time when you can break out the leather jackets and boots, pile on the layers and wear scarves…OH HOW I LOVE SCARVES! Whatever your taste, cooler weather definitely makes for a more interesting and creative wardrobe. For me, it’s all about classic, timeless pieces. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how expensive it is to shop for Fall/Winter, which makes it so important to find pieces that will stand the test of time. That, my friends, is where Leslie Tessler comes in.
Leslie Tessler, designer of a stunning collection of capes with the same name, has found the formula for classic and timeless. How did she do it? By taking a bit of old school glamour (the cape), using luxurious fabrics like Peruvian alpaca, Italian cashmere and French woven silk and combining that with expert craftsmanship. The result? Only the most beautifully crafted capes you’ll ever see.
I was so honored to have been contacted by none other than Leslie herself recently to help promote her upcoming trunk show on October 19th. This is the type of event that Fashionistas like myself LIVE for, so I’m super excited to be part of it.
Take a gander at what’s in store for attendees:
