*This post highlights linen pieces you can lounge in featuring an item from J. Jill that was given to me as a gift in exchange for my honest opinion.
Hey, Everyone!
I know I’ve been wearing a lot of linen lately, but it is one of the summer’s most popular fabrics. Not only that, it’s comfortable. Although I don’t exclusively wear linen in the summertime, I do enjoy wearing it and have quite a few pieces in my closet. There are a variety of linen pieces you can lounge in too! As someone who works from home, I make it a point to get up every day and get dressed. I’m not sure how some people work from home and stay in their pajamas with their hair tied up. I’m sorry, that’s just lazy. LOL! The fact that linen is lightweight makes it perfect for lounging.
J. Jill is a brand that does linen VERY well. Most of the linen clothing in my closet was made by them. Today, I’m wearing the Essential Linen Shirt from their June Collection. I am in love with this shirt! It’s so great for tying up to pair with a maxi skirt (as pictured), wearing with a pair of jeans or joggers, and even wearing with a pencil skirt for the office! I’m all about wearing clothing that is versatile so this shirt works well for me! The color is also a great shade for summer!
Here’s my look:
By the way, if any of you are interested, my Caged Quartz Necklace is available at www.Kaluarae.com. Please support my friend and former photographer Maliyah if you can. The necklace is part of her jewelry collection. Seriously, how cute is this outfit?!
Do any of you have linen pieces you can lounge in?
Until next time…

Love it! I like tying the shirt in the front as opposed to tucking it in. It gives a more relaxed, fun look.
