I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I wasn’t always into wearing white or colors of any kind. Believe it or not, my wardrobe used to be filled with nothing but navy, nude and black. Crazy huh? Well things are much different these days. I’m so glad I finally got the courage to step outside the box. Now that spring is here, I can’t wait to start wearing Little White Dresses! It’s one of my new “must have” pieces. During my preparation for Coachella, I scoured the internet for dresses. My goal was to find dresses that were chic and stylish without being binding. I literally got burned out trying to find the perfect, loose fitting and effortless dress. Even though the concerts last until the evening, there are tons of after parties to go to. California has such a laid back vibe, I wanted to find something that matched the setting. That’s when I ended up on The Outnet! Along with a great variety of other high end designer clothing, The Outnet has a fabulous selection of little white dresses!
Today I’m wearing a Draped Jersey Dress by Helmut Lang. Talk about PERFECT! This dress, though simple, was everything I was looking for. It’s made from Viscose which is super soft, and it doesn’t fit too tight. That’s exactly what I was looking for! The fact that it’s white makes it look luxurious as well. Although it would look great with heavy gold accessories, I opted to scale it back a bit and go lighter instead. As for my shoes, again I could have gone heavy with a bright color, but opted to wear my light gray pumps.
Here’s my look:

Needless to say, I’ll be feeling pretty laid back and effortless when I’m at Coachella!
Will any of you be wearing Little White Dresses this Spring?
Until next time…
