Hey Afaconados!
This week's vintage obsession is focused on the knitted dress. Knitted dresses began gaining popularity in the 1920s. Despite their reasonable length, the fact that these dresses hugged a woman's curves made them risque in those times. Although the look of the knitted dress evolved after their initial introduction, they remained very popular well into the the 1970s.
The styles that I'm highlighting today are not seen as often these days, but knitted dresses are still a fashion staple worn by women all over the world.
