Today’s Vintage Obsession is on The Pintuck Dress. Pintucking or “Tucking” is a method used in sewing where a pleat (or tuck) in the fabric is sewn into place. When multiple, narrow tucks are made, they are called Pintucks.
Pintuck dresses date as far back as the 1950’s and have NEVER gone out of style. In fact, some of the most feminine pieces today make use of the Pintucking method.
