The holidays are approaching fast! Before you know it, we’ll be sitting down to Thanksgiving dinner with our families. That means that it’s time to prepare ourselves for those holiday calories we all consume at that time of year. I prepare for holiday eating by getting my mind right first. If you’re not in the right frame of mind, you’ll be eating a whole turkey before you know it! LOL! Once I’m mentally prepared for holiday eating, I plan my exercise routine. That’s where Jill Yoga comes in. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how important regular exercise is. It’s also key when it comes to preparing yourself for the holidays. If you get into the normality of a routine, you’re more likely to stick with it through the holidays.
I don’t know about you, but for me, wearing cute exercise clothing serves as my motivation. I’ve mentioned in previous posts that yoga is my preferred method of exercise. While I love yoga, buying yoga clothing is another story. It’s usually way too expensive! Jill Yoga makes on-trend, QUALITY pieces that are affordable! We already pay a ton for gym fees, why should we also pay a lot for the clothing?

Today, I’m wearing the Ladies Asymmetrical Zip Cotton Hoody with Stretch Cotton Joggers. It goes without saying that this set is super stylish. I absolutely LOVE the asymmetrical jacket. What you can’t see though is how comfortable and thick the material is. This is definitely a great quality fabric!

Now that I’ve got the cute workout clothes, I think it’s time for me to get into my routine. I refuse to pick up any holiday pounds. LOL!
