The Creme de la Creme of the Atlanta social scene showed up and showed OUT for the 21st anniversary of Jeffrey Fashion Cares on Monday, August 26th. Held at the beautifully constructed American Cancer Society building in Downtown Atlanta, a bevy of Buckhead Babes, Stylish Beaus, Atlanta Style Influencers and even a few Real Housewives gathered for an evening of cocktails and fashion to benefit two amazing causes, the Atlanta Aids Fund (AAF) and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Together with Event Chairs Lila Hertz, Jeffrey McQuithy, Louise Sams and Ken Britt, Jeffrey Kalinsky, founder of two namesake fashion boutiques in Atlanta and New York, hosted the premier charity event that has been said to be the official kickoff of the fall social season. I can honestly say that after being in attendance at the event on Monday, that information is IRREFUTABLE. And don’t let me neglect to mention that this combined event has raised more money for AIDS and breast cancer research than any other in the country, bringing in over $11 million!
Aside from being in the room with some of the “Who’s Who” of Atlanta and seeing a runway show that featured Fall/Winter looks from designers like Lanvin, Celine, Prada, Marni, Dries Van Noten, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik , Bottega Veneta, Jason Wu AND Alexander Wang (whew!)…my absolute FAVORITE part of the night was having the opportunity to meet and hang out with some of my fellow Atlanta Blogger Babes. Together we laughed, we drank and most importantly…we talked FASHION!
The night went a little something like this:
In all honesty, it would have been impossible for me to put all of my favorite looks in this post because I loved everything I saw! The night was so much fun and I’m so honored to have had the opportunity to be part of it.
Until next time!
