Hey Everyone! Around this time every year for as far back as I can remember, my Uncle Barry heads to Louisville, KY to attend the Kentucky Derby. I’ve always wanted to go, especially since this event is one of the most stylish and sophisticated events of the year. I’m sure you’ve all heard about the hats worn by the ladies. It’s a really big deal to wear a derby hat because it’s believed to bear good luck. I mean, who doesn’t want their horse to win when such large sums of money are at stake?! Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend Kentucky Derby with my uncle this weekend. But, that doesn’t mean I couldn’t create my own derby look, right? Today, I thought I’d share my derby style with you all and feature some amazing jewelry from Accessory Concierge.
Dallas girls Amy Claro and Amy Coffey, the brains behind Accessory Concierge, met while working in the corporate world together. Prior to the opening of their online boutique, Accessory Concierge began by doing jewelry flash sales on Facebook. Every Monday and Wednesday at 8pm CST, fans could log on to participate in auctions to purchase new items. Cool concept, right?! After their first year, Accessory Concierge had obtained 20,000 fans on Facebook, which made them realize that it was time to expand. Fans can now shop around the clock online, all while still being able to take part in the Facebook auctions. These auctions are a great way to get your hands on items BEFORE they’re listed online. I’m VERY excited to be partnering up with Accessory Concierge today to show you The Crystal Fan Necklace and The Crystal Collage Drop Earrings! I had so much fun creating my derby look, I hope you love it as much as I do!
Here’s my look:
