Hey Everyone!
Spring is in the air! If the pollen floating around wasn’t any indication then the temperatures certainly are. I guess you have to take the good with the bad, right? 🙂 I’m glad that I finally have a chance to break out my pretty floral spring dresses. I have tons of them. Whenever I go shopping the first place I visit is the dress section. I’m sure I have a problem and I don’t know how to solve it. LOL! Being feminine never gets old when you’re a girly girl and nothing says feminine like a nice dress. When it comes to wearing floral dresses, I prefer the ones that are light and airy. While I’m all about being bold and different, I’m not into floral patterns that are too loud. Less is definitely more for wearing floral prints in my opinion.
The mixed print dress I’m wearing today is one that I’ve had for a few years now. If I recall correctly, I got it from Gilt. As much as I experiment with mixing prints I never would have thought of putting these patterns together. It’s amazing how well patterns play together when they’re in the same color family. The dress is so light that you can barely feel it. That’s why it’s one of my favorites and will be for a long time. I feel so feminine in this dress!
Here’s my look:

From the light pastels to the flowing fabric, this dress is definitely a winner! The window of spring has opened and unfortunately it doesn’t stay that way for long. Get into your closets and pull out those pretty floral spring dresses today! Take advantage of it while you can. 🙂
What do your pretty floral spring dresses look like?
Until next time…
