I promise, I only bought 2 items from the Stitch Fix box I received last week. BUT, that doesn’t mean I didn’t schedule another fix…HeHeHe! (in my evil voice)…
Since we had such perfect Autumn weather last weekend, I thought it would be a great opportunity to wear a piece that can be worn in both warmer and cooler temperatures (well, not too cool). Although the split neck blouse I’m wearing in today’s look is a bit on the thin side, if you layer it with a tank and maybe add a cute moto jacket and scarf…you’ve got yourself quite a cute look that you can de-layer if you get too warm. That’s probably the only thing I like about cold weather…layering is the BEST!
I think my nephew and I had WAY too much fun doing this shoot. In a desperate attempt to re-live my childhood, I made a snap decision to do something really stupid…CLIMB A TREE! LOL! My nephew was literally in tears when I took off my heels to step into his hands for a boost. We both laughed SO hard…while, in the mean time, people were walking and driving by looking at us like we were completely insane. Such fun times! You don’t even want to know how I had to get down. The things I do for you guys. LOL! 🙂
Here’s my look:

If I were you, I’d get REAL acquainted with this blouse because I plan to wear it in a lot of different ways!
So, how do you layer thinner pieces in the Fall/Winter?
Until next time!
