*This post, which highlights sustainable eco-chic fashion, features a dress from Ash & Rose that was gifted to me for a product review
Hey Everyone!
Okay, I know I “sort of” promised you guys that I wouldn’t keep bragging about my upcoming trip to Cape Town, South Africa. Well, I lied. LOL! I’m sorry but I’m really excited about it. You don’t understand how long I’ve wanted to visit Africa. It’s surreal to even think about the fact that in just a few short months, I’ll be there. When I think about Africa, one thing that immediately pops into my head is sustainable eco-chic fashion. During some of my online searches, I’ve stumbled upon quite a few stores located in Africa that offer sustainable clothing. I’ve even had the honor of working with some of them. It’s gratifying to work with companies who care about the earth. That’s why I was excited to be learn about Ash & Rose .
Ash & Rose is a U.S based company that offers romantic, fashionable, eco-friendly clothing. Their 3 core values are: Sustainability, Fair Labor and Empowering Women. Now that’s a company I can stand behind! Ash & Rose guarantees that every item in their collection was made with the planet in mind. They’re also open and honest about where and how their products were made. Working with companies like Ash & Rose is such an honor. I have so much respect for their core values and I’m seriously in love with their clothing! The dress I’m wearing today is appropriately called the “Cape Town Mini Dress”. Can you believe that? It’s almost as if I was destined to collaborate with Ash & Rose! This dress screams “Tropical Paradise” which is exactly what the pictures of Camps Bay look like! I think it goes without saying that I’m crazy about wearing my fedora hat during the summer, so I accessorized the dress with it today. I added subtle pops of turquoise to bring out that color in the dress.
Here’s my look:
