Hey Everyone!
The countdown has begun! I’ll be heading to Jamaica in just a few days now. To say the excitement is mounting would be an understatement! I’ve been working like crazy to get things squared away with my t-shirt collection. I’m hoping to be up and running before I leave. I think that’s part of the reason why I’m so excited about going. The other reason, of course, is attributed to why my family and I will be there. My sister-in-law and brother will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary by renewing their vows there. That has to be one of the most special things ever! I’m so happy for them and beyond excited to be celebrating their special day. Oh! I’ll also be their photographer for the day! I’m hoping to get some great photos to share with you all when I’m back!
Packing for an island vacation is every bit as fun as being on the island. There’s no need to sit in your closet for hours on end trying to decide what to take. The options are so easy. Bathing suits? Check! Cover-ups? Check! Sunglasses? Check! How easy is that?! I also like to include lots of color! One of my favorite summer vacation trends are tie dye dresses. Especially when they’re brightly colored! There’s something about the pattern that reminds me of the ocean. I got the dress I’m wearing today from Largo Drive. It’s on major sale right now for only $50 too! It’s such a cute dress and the peek-a-boo back is perfect for an island backdrop. I topped it off with jewelry from two of my favorite jewelry retailers. The Clippy’s Gong Necklace from Chic Verte and Charm Bangles from ALEX AND ANI helped to create a beautiful Boho Chic outfit!
