I can’t believe that after weeks and weeks of predictions, we FINALLY got snow in Atlanta! I personally thought it would never happen because we’ve had so many false alarms. I swear, when it snows in Atlanta you would think that the world was coming to an end. My coworkers and I left work early only to find the roads completely halted by traffic. I really hope everyone made it home safely and were able to get to the grocery store in time. Otherwise, have fun and enjoy the snow Atlanta!
Anywho, sticking to my word on trying to be better about not shopping as much, I decided to go digging in my closet again. What I came up with, were a pair of printed pants from Asos that I bought a year ago and literally wore only once! How do I let things like this happen? I honestly don’t know. I must buy clothes, wear them once and then forget I even bought or wore them. LOL! Well I’m glad that I’ve rediscovered these pants and I think I know the reason why I wore them once and then never again. It was because it’s not always easy to pair tops with printed pants. I mean, no one wants to leave the house looking like a clown, and sometimes the prints on pants like these can seem TOO bold. The solution to wearing printed pants is an easy one…wear a top that isn’t as bold as the pants. You guys know enough about my style by now to know that I enjoy experimenting with mixed prints. But that’s not really something you should do with printed pants like the ones in today’s post. I’m not saying it can’t be done, but if you decide to try mixing prints with a pair of printed pants…PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
Here’s my look:
