*This post highlights two ways to wear a faux wrap dress featuring a PIOL dress gifted to me for a product review
Hey Everyone!
After having such an amazingly beautiful Saturday, we’re back to doom and gloom in Atlanta. It rained pretty much ALL day on Sunday and today is completely overcast. I find it interesting when the weather switches up like that, sunny one day and cold the next. I wish it would just stay warm out. At any rate, I made it a point to get out and enjoy the weather on Saturday. My mom and I had another breakfast date which was lots of fun. This time we went to Ria’s Bluebird in Grant Park and then visited the new Krog Street Market. My plan is to take her to a different place every weekend. She desperately needs to get out of the house. If you live in Atlanta and haven’t been to Ria’s, I definitely recommend going. The food is SO good!
In a previous post, I wrote about a website called PIOL. The concept is for you to design a dress on their website and then they make it to fit your body based on your measurements. As a girl who comes from a family of seamstresses, I can tell you that nothing beats having a dress tailor made to fit you. Since the fit is based on your exact measurements, it’s guaranteed to look fantastic on you! It’s a relief not to have to worry about fit when you receive your package. I love the first dress I designed and was excited to find out they wanted to work with me again! For my new PIOL dress, I wanted to design something versatile. So today I’m showing you two ways to wear a faux wrap dress. It’s almost like cheating really. These two looks were way too easy to create. All I did was add a little edge to the dress by wearing ankle booties and a jacket. To make the dress look more sophisticated, I took off the jacket and added a pair of nude platform pumps. SO simple!
