Hey Everyone!
It’s Wednesday! That means that tomorrow I’ll be heading out to California for Coachella! I can’t wait to get there and immerse myself in all of that great music! As promised, I’m previewing 2 more designs this week from my Patois T-Shirt Collection! In Jamaican patois, the phrase “Mash it Up” basically means that something is a huge success. It’s kind of like a fun way of saying “Break a Leg”. It’s also commonly used to describe breaking something. Being really honest, this phrase can also be used in a negative way. Although I’ve never heard it used negatively, I wanted to put that out there upfront. As with the meaning of the word “Stush” as I mentioned in my post last Friday, I choose to turn a negative into a positive. That being said, I’m very excited to present today’s design to you all!
I’ve been experimenting with different t-shirt styles and colors. I can’t tell you how much I LOVE the way this t-shirt turned out. The red color of the tank is so perfect for the bold black lettering. I think this might be one of my favorite t-shirts so far. Since I’ve been in complete festival mode, I put this outfit together with Coachella in mind. I actually plan to wear this outfit while I’m there so I hope you all like it! The bandana trend is huge these days so I thought it would be a fun addition to the outfit!

The next post you get from me this week will be from California! I can’t wait to tell you all about my second experience at Coachella. In the mean time, please know that I’m working diligently to get my patois t-shirts launched really soon and I’m so excited to have you all on this journey with me!
I’m ready to mash it up at Coachella this weekend. Will any of you be doing the same?
Until next time…
